Shipping at a glance
- Free shipping across Canada on orders over $75 (before taxes).
- Live courier rates at checkout for orders under $75, based on your address and the size of your order.
- Ships in 1 to 2 business days from our Scarborough store, with tracking on every order.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier.
- Canada only for now. Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused.
- Some higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery.
In-store only items
A few products are available in our store only and can't be shipped: English willow and premium bats, kit bags and carrom boards. They're marked Available in store only on the website. Visit us at 421 Nugget Avenue, Unit 2, Scarborough, Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm.
We don't currently offer in-store pickup for online orders, but you're always welcome to shop in person.
Returns at a glance
- 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Contact us first at blackashsports2003@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before they're sent back.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we've agreed otherwise.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Items that can't be returned
- Custom and personalized items, including custom team uniforms and printed names or numbers
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or wrong item?
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We'll make it right.
