Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at blackashsports2003@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Black Ash Sports.

Delivery Attempts and Carrier Access Points

If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, the shipment may be redirected to a carrier access point, pickup location, post office, or depot in accordance with the carrier’s procedures. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and arrange pickup or redelivery where applicable.

Unclaimed or Not Picked Up Packages

If a package is not collected from a carrier access point or pickup location within the carrier’s allowed hold period and is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable, or not picked up, any refund will only be processed once the package has been physically returned to Black Ash Sports and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, or delivered according to the carrier’s records, Black Ash Sports may require the customer to cooperate with a carrier investigation before any refund or replacement is considered.

Black Ash Sports is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported missing, unless the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery after investigation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us if you would like assistance during this process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note: refunds for returned items are processed only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Black Ash Sports. For packages returned due to failed delivery, non-collection, refusal, or return-to-sender, any refund will only be reviewed once the package has been physically returned to us.
